GreenOcean Petroleum Limited is an organization positioned to play a pace setting role in the global integrated energy industry with visible and authoritative presence in upstream, midstream and downstream sectors.

We combine cutting – edge Technologies and post – modern skills to pipe line engineering, fabrication of  pipe fittings, manufacture of  high – tech Bio – Surfactants and Bio – Remediation machines.

Presently, we have acquired interest in MOPU (Mobile offshore producing Unit), Gas infrastructure and petroleum products storage facilities. We have business relationship with some African Independent Producers of crude oil from various marginal fields predominantly spread across Nigerian shallow waters and land fields.

In the downstream, we are currently working to set – up a modular refinery in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. And it is our company’s vision to site at least one modular refinery in each oil producing states within the West African Sub-region where crude oil guarantee is available. 

Also, we are pioneering Domestic gas supply through pipe to estates within Nigeria.
